<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Have IPCC 3.1.1 co resident with callmanager for
ccie lab setup. I have configured all my cti rp, cti port users,
applications etc. Everything looks good. All engines have started. I place
a call into the jtapi trigger 7000 i can see it go to cti port 1001 or 1002 or
1003 or 1004. I then get a busy signal. Not a fast busy (wave off) a busy like
the line is in use. I checked the trace file on ipcc and here is what I
