size=3><TT>The cisco.com article you reference is spot on.&nbsp; This is only 'fixed'<BR>in 4.1(3)sr2 or 4.1(3)es30 and later.&nbsp; Note the 'fix' is not fully<BR>regression tested so your mileage may vary.<br><BR><br><BR>How to enable this functionality after upgrade to appropriate version:<br><BR>1. Enter CSCsb42763 (in mixed case)&nbsp; in&nbsp; the&nbsp; Enterprise Parameter<BR>'Cisco Support Use 1'&nbsp; under&nbsp; <br><BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; the new group 'Cisco Support use Only'&nbsp; and click update.
