played just before a call is routed, so it says something like, please wait

the time in Excel. I took out the calls that were 0 and less but isn't
there a way to stop them from being logged in the first place.

all of the calls a certain group of extensions made for the last 60 days. I
am using the built in CDR analysis and reporting and when I go to
CDR>search>by User/Extension and put in the extensions I want to
search by, 13XX, and the date ranges, it only gives me the first 100 rows.
How do I increase the output so it will not be truncated?
