The issue is that when customers plug into the data port on the phone they do not get put in the proper VLAN. The phone is set up with Voice VLAN enabled YES and the PC VLAN does not have a setting showing. The question is, would I set this VLAN for the data access on the phone or because it does not have a setting will it pick up the VLAN tag on the switch port that it goes through?
