backup of your existing system using the latest BARS tool in order to be safe.
this way if you have to restore from backup, it will be compatible with the copy
of BARS on 4.1(3). something to remember as well is that MLA is not backed up
with BARS - you have to back it up (and restore it) seperately. </FONT></DIV>
