which may have been the case except that we did a string of upgrades one weekend
(4.0(2a) SR2b to 4.1(2) and then applied the SR and devpak) and after that
series our ntp.conf.bak did not contain our original

installed by default and the default NTP configuration instructs the
subscribers to sync with the publisher. Thus the subs should not get
