over to VOIP. We are trying to find out how to mask the analog fax lines
we kept for emergency calls when VOIP is down. If we dial 911 from any
building, except for the building housing the PRI circuit, the 911 operator sees
the analog fax line as a call back number. Has anyone figured out how to
avoid this? We would like the displayed number to be the building's
published number. We have tried filling in a number in the calling party
transform mask field on the route list detail configuration screen - this did
not appear to make a difference. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>
