Rob,<br><br>If you download the IP Phone Services SDK from <a href="http://cisco.com">cisco.com</a> it has instuctions on how to convert images for display on the 7960/7940's as well as instuctions for setting the images up as idle screens. I'm sorry I dont have a link handy for it but it shouldnt be too hard to find.
