<DIV><SPAN class=175052416-05052006><FONT face=Arial size=2>Again, we have moved
to voip phones on our network. We have 9 buildings. We kept at
least one analog line in each building for times when the network phones might
be down. The analog line has a fax machine and an analog phone on
it. When a 911 call is made from any of the 8 buildings not housing the
PRI line, the call from any voip phone goes directly out the analog line.
911 only sees the fax line as a call back number. The Intrado's PS/ALI
database can not be interfaced with the analog numbers, therefore none of the
DID's location/call back information can be displayed to the 911 operator.
How have others gotten around this situation. 911 Administrators say this
is not an ideal.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
