puts the users in a queue and then the AC user needs to pick up the call.
Check page 37 in this doc. You will also need to execute this BAT file (

size=3>C:\ProgramFiles\Cisco\CallManagerAttendant\bin\acconfig.bat)
</B></FONT>on your AC server to enable broadcast groups. I tested this
once but ended up not using it becuase the location did not want the callers to

there own ac user ID, but how can I add the lines into the hunt group as for
example acuser1, Line 1 and acuser2, line 1 when the DN is the same as this is a
shared line, I wish both ac users lines to ring at the same time. The docs state
that you can set up a pilot point as a broadcast hunt but I do not have this
option available only First Available Hunt Group Member and Longest Idle Hunt
Group Member. We are on 4.1(3)SR1.</SPAN></FONT></P>
