but there is another one, the 'built-in bridge' parameter. These two parameters
existed in 3.3(4) but with different names and when we upgraded, their state was
not maintained and it caused a bit of a service interruption for
us.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>There is, however, an additional caveat. In 3.3(4) when
someone was on the shared line, only the active phone could make an outbound
call or receive an inbound call on that line. With 4.1(3) the shared line is
accessible by anyone that has that shared line. For example, previously, and
inbound call would present as a callwaiting beep if the shared line was in use,
but now, all lines ring.</FONT></DIV>

4.1.3sr3a. Client had multiple shared lines all over the place. As they are
now interested in line groups to change the way they route calls, they brought
