We have a police dispatch center with 7960s.&nbsp; (Three, side by side).<br>We hired a new person to train.&nbsp; Under our old traditional PBX, persons 1 and 2 could listen in on the same phone call.&nbsp; (If a call came in on Line 1, whoever answered would press the Line1 button, and person 2 would also press Line1).&nbsp; They could both listen and talk, although person 2 was expected to just listen for training purposes.
