before. I was informed by a customer that their IPt solution running

<DIV><FONT face=Arial>CCM 4-1-3 sr3a -- OS 2000-2-7 </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>MCS 7835 platform</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>roughly 200 users, IPMA for 10 managers and extension
mobility for everyone - nothing fancy</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial>went down because the server restarted. Unfortunately I
was at another branch and could not see exactly what happened. When I checked
the eventviewer later it had the following message. </FONT></DIV>

went down once because the power failed - people pulling wires powered the
server off accidentally . In the case now - today - where the message
as shown above is present in the event viewer can it be power again or is
it a real problem with CCM hanging - rebooting etc.</FONT></DIV>
