<DIV><FONT size=2>As far as I know, the only way to have a device on a different
load than the device defaults is to put the firmware you want into the device
configuration page of the phones you want to keep at a different version. It's
worked well in the past, and now, you can even present a list of devices that
are not using the device defaults by going to <STRONG>Device > Device
Settings > Firmware Load Information</STRONG> and looking to the right hand
side for any devices that are not using the default load. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><BR></DIV>Is it possbile to have different firmware loads for various
models of the IP Phones in CCM 4.1. I have mostly 7960 and 7970 but I
want to keep the remote site 7970 at current revision. <BR><BR>Also, I have a
7970 that is stuck on the upgrade splash screen I have tried erase and factory
reset to no avail, does anyone have other tips to bring a 7970 back to
