<div>Thanks Kevin, I'm familiar with Call Pickup. This is a show room scenario with a bunch of phones that are not tied to any individual sales person. So they ring in a broadcast linegroup. We can't tell who is picking up the call on any given phone in the showroom. I am going to assume that this is not going to be possible. Just wanted to inquire to others.
