<div>Upgraded our CCM to 4.1.3(Sr3a) from 4.1.3(sr2) without any real issues. Just been finding that the 7935 and 7936 phones we've got seem to be having issues since.</div>

<div>Main issue at the moment is 7936 unity which either keep rebooting continuously or never actually boot up but come up with an error message about not being able to contact the TFTP Server.</div>

<div>Anyone else seen issues like these? Any ideas if there's a way of resetting the 7936's to factory default without using the menu option? I'm not able to get to the menu to reset the unit, but want to try and do it to see if it solves my issue
