<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Our ISDN PRI provider has started billing us (belatedly) for an option they have provisioned on our line some time ago, and not told us.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">It's a caller ID option called "Calling party number to name"</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Before I decide that I don't want this, and they should take it off--</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Does Cisco CCM support this?</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Here's the details:</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Cisco 2651XM running c2600-ipvoice-mz.123-8.T3</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">with two PRIs attached, 30 out of 47 channels live.</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">The gateway is in H.323 mode, with the appropriate (working fine) config in CCM.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">when you get an outside call, you get just numbers, not names..</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">So Bell is providing us names with our Caller ID, but I guess our equipment is either incapable of showing that, or it's ignoring it.</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Any thoughts?</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Can I configure this to work, so that I can see what info -is- available from various people?</FONT>
