needing a way to actively monitor phone calls on the network.<br>
Someone told me about web attendant but I cannot seem to find any<br>
documentation for it in 4.1.<br>
<br>
Is this still an active product?&nbsp; any other solutions to monitor phone
usage<br>
real time?&nbsp; preferable no cost but need any solutins.<br>
