Scott, <br><br>we also have an issue where if both parties stop talking for a few seconds, the line gets SO quiet, both parties start saying "are you still there" because they think the line has gone dead. Will turning VAD off help that as well?? (For the record, these lines are POTS, and hit are recorded as well, and the 2801 is in H323 mode).
