The name CCM_P has underscore and have produced many problems! I can't

I have had similar problems I
have resolved by switching between the IP address and host name of the
CCM I am
trying to connect to under the attendant settings basic tab. If the IP
address
fails, I try the domain name and visa versa. I have no idea why this
helps me,
but it does. I usually use the host name. Also, be sure your phone is
listed
as a controlled device in the AC user. Hope that helps some.
