I've seen a difference with all of the ways to reset a phone, that includes
**#**, using reset or restart from callmanager interface, and then finally,
unplugging the phone. We typically ask people to do **#** and then unplug their
phones. If a problem persists, then we investigate.</FONT></DIV>
