unplug the phone; the phone goes through the same boot process of which

am under the impression that resetting the phone via **#** from the phone

was originally told, back in 3.x days, that **#** just reboots the phone.

only way to really sync up the config between phone and ccm is by either
brand new phone installation, OR reset the phone from CCM (and it has to
