didn't working before applying 2000.4.3aSR1 - we lived in hope that it might
have fixed it.</SPAN><BR><BR>When launching the tool and logging in <SPAN

class=718540912-14072006>:</SPAN> <BR><BR>java.util.MissingResourceException:
Can't find bundle for base name org.apache.xerces.msg.XMLMessages, locale
en_GB</DIV>

- with different locale's - are also getting the same error after upgrading OS.
After trying the obvious we've now logged a tac but if anyone knows a fix pls
