font-family:Arial'>Strange thing has been happening, there are a few phones in
the network that when I unplug the network cable and plug it back in the phone
does not startup nothing appears on the LCD screen but the buttons on the side
flash green these have been happening with 7941 and 7961, I thought it was a
firmware issue, but not all phones are doing this just a few, any help ?<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
