wrong. I have reran current permissions wizard, Deleted and re-imported the
account through Unity all with no change. The user can send other people e-mail

message when it fails?<br>

Did you check permissions or re-run permissions wizard (current version), and
maybe delete the unity account and re-import the user into unity or add them
back from scratch? When a unity subscriber leaves a msg for another
subscriber it uses that users mail account to send the message. So if the other
users can receive messages from other internal and/or external calls fine then
it may be a issue with the one users account on the exchange/notes server.<br>
