I'm working with a customer that's experiencing this; phone A and phone B share a line appearance of 1234. Phone A takes a call and starts talking to the other party. At some point during the call, the call goes dead and rings over to the same 1234 appearance on Phone B without any input from the caller on Phone A. The phone load is
8.0(3), phones affected are 7940/60, and CallManager version is 4.1(3)SR3b. Ideas?
