I've never been able to get it to work either, although I'll admit I havent looked too closley at the bugIDs in awhile either. has probably been a year since I've tried it, I just have my excel formulas setup to not use comas when I generate an import file.

<br></strong><br><br>Formating it like this, always errors out bat though. This field accepts a comma if you enter it through ccmadmin, but regardless of how i format the csv, a comma in the field is never taken. I have tried this on 2 installs of CM
4.1.3, a CM 4.1.2, and a cm 4.1.
