font-family:Arial'>I’m having a problem with an IP Phone Agent in IPCC
Express. When the user logs in to the IP Phone Agent service on the phone, the
phone doesn’t display the agent state. In other words the display doesn’t
show if the agent is ready or not. The only way for me to correct the problem
is to unsubscribe the phone from the IP Phone Agent service and reset the
phone. This solution doesn’t always work though, has anyone encountered
this problem. I’m actually thinking about upgrading the firmware on the
phones to see if this corrects the problem, but I can’t find anything in
the release notes that actually mentions this problem. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
