Here's something cool...<br><br>The ccndir.ini is set up right for DCD, yet the logs show it trying to connect to AD... but somehow the registry: HKLM\Software\spanlink\site setup has all of this AD crap in it...<br><br>I fixed this two months ago and it has been working (until today)... why did it revert???

That looks like an ldap error connecting to AD. The domain with DCD<br>is always <a href="http://cisco.com" title="http://cisco.com" target="_blank" onclick="return top.js.OpenExtLink(window,event,this)">cisco.com</a>.<br>
<br>Get a sniffer capture from the IPCC server of a user trying to login<br>and look at the ldap communication.
