How are you measuring dependability compared to traditional PBX? CCM reboot shouldnt really affect users under most cases where you're doing a controled reboot of the system.

I'm curious how your report turns out.

Just curious. How often do you find yourself rebooting CCM? As an example, in one year, how often have you rebooted your CCM boxes? Or the switches that run the phones? I am trying to generate a report that shows Cisco VOIP is as dependable as a traditional PBX.
