Question

When people are in voicemail, and they want to forward a message, the
voice prompts tell you to spell the name, or press some key and enter the
extension. Is there any way to make it have you enter extensions by
default? It seems we have ot listen to the whole lengthy message before we
can press # to enter by extension.

Also (this might be Unity or CCM, not
sure), when people call in, we offer them the ability to dial by name.
Again, the prompt comes up and says "Spell the last name and first name of the
person you wish to reach." Any way to have it say what it really does
"Spell the first few characters of the last name followed by #."

Thanks everyone!
