Do you think the loss of functionality, or system quirkiness, is more due to how long the system has been up, or how many calls it has handled? I would be curious to know that. I know of one site that Cisco took me too that handles 1600 calls a day, and he reboots once a month for the same reason "the system starts doing weird things, and this clears it up".
<br><br>You should not patch the server like a regular Windows server, in answer to the other gentleman's inquiry (at least I have been told this by Cisco). Supposedly, they take a Windows 2000 stock server, "scoop out all the garbage", and you are left with a bare bones and stable platform.
