the "Corporate Directory: Requesting Data" issue. The reverse lookup

Requesting Data

Any suggestions for the following scenerio?

I've
previously accessed the corporate directory without any problem, but within the
past week, it takes a considerable amount of time after selecting corporate
directory before it comes up, duging which time the 7940 displays requesting
data...

Also some random calls have been getting dropped, not sure if
it's related.

Is it an issue with QoS? Why would it work before without
problems but acting up now? Time to reboot?! We have 2 CallManager 4
servers.

Thanks!

Johan Bloemhard
Silver Falls School
