<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">This person works a helpdesk position, and is often talking to cellphone callers-- facing their computer screen, working the 'problem'</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Apparently, the calls drop, and the person isn't aware that the cellphone caller is 'gone' for a few minutes, until they look over and see that their phone call is gone</FONT></P>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">they were wondering if a tone could be generated when a call drops off, so that they'd more immediately realise that they need to call that person back</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Apparently, the cell phone caller cannot get the same helpdesk person back- so the helpdesk wants to re-initiate the call ASAP from the same helpdesk staffer to the same cellphone caller, without</FONT></P>
