I have a subscriber who had a message left for him last week. The activity
report shows that the message came in, but we never see it being handed off to
Exchange. In addition, it never showed up in the MTA directory. The message
is no where to be found on the Unity server.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

10.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:navy'><o:p> </o:p></span></font></p>

been the only report of such behavior where we can’t find the message at
all.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

different subscriber, and rebooted the partner mail server and the message was
magically delivered.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

You mentioned moving the message stores around, is it possible that it is
getting there, but can't find the subscriber account? My guess is that the
vmail is sitting on an Exchange server, without an idea of where to go. <br>
