Routing rules in Unity</DIV>
<DIV><BR></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>In Unity the direct and forwarded call routing rules have the first
rule set to default sign in and attempt forward to greetings and these
are valid for both types of calls(Internal & External ). So whenever
I call from Non Subscriber phone it should match the first rule and not the
second rule for openning greeting .How does Unity determine which rule to use
if the first rule is applicable for both types of calls. </DIV>
