is quite a story behind
this. Originally there was a workaround for this with a cti-routepoint
that had
a callforward all, and belonged to the same pg as the phones. This was
engineered
out somewhere in the 4.1(3) timeframe. Now there is a hidden parameter,
with which
you can turn on a feature to make huntgroups part of a pickup group.
Works as follows:<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span
style="font-size: 12pt;" lang="EN-GB">1.</span></font><font
color="navy" face="Arial" size="2"><span
style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: navy;" lang="EN-GB">
Enter CSCsb42763 (in mixed case) in the
Enterprise Parameter 'Cisco Support Use 1' <br>
under the new group 'Cisco Support use Only' and click update. Only the
value
CSCsb42763 in this parameter can enable the configuration in step 2. <br>
<br>
(note: Change the value to anything else to disable this
functionality.) <br>

2. Go to Hunt Pilot Configuration page and select a call pickup group
from the
Call Pickup Group dropdown list and click update.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

-A hunt list including this Line Group<br>
-A Hint Pilot number 200 containing the previous hunt list. <br>

When a call is directed directly at any DN of the company, anyone can<br>
press the Pickup button and take the call.<br>
When a call is directed to the Hunt Pilot number 200, no one can pickup<br>
this call!!!<br>
When i press the pickup button, the line button on the 7941 G-Ge phone <br>
flashes and then nothing happens.<br>
