The globalcallid and callid fields are limited in length and number of
available bits. We now take a portion of those bits and initialize
based on current date and time, then use remaining bits to count
individual calls after init. There is still a pretty good chance of
duplicates if you look at the length of the number and the number of
calls we need to count.<br>

identical records are caused? The only difference is that they have
different IDs such as the globalCallID_callId and destLegIdentifier,
