They get a busy signal right off the bat, doesnt even ring. We've come to the conclusion that its an AT&T problem with the 800 number... noone ever gets a busy signal if they call the local number that the 800 one gets translated too. Also if I call the 800 number from inside callmanager, when I get a busy signal I can see the call go out one of our PRI's to AT&T, and I never see it come back in anywhere. The detailed CCM traces helped alot.

If you call the CTI route point DN internally over and over does it give busy sometimes?<br><br>The call manager traces (detailed) and gateway debugs should give you some insight into where the call is having problems if it is hitting the call manager at all. Then you can move onto the IPCC Express traces if it is over there.

Does anyone have a suggestion on where I can check in IPCC to see if they are getting the busy signal from our VOIP system? I look at the MIVR log and have no clue what to even look for in this mess.
