phone internally, it could be a database issue. A couple times I have ran into
an issue I couldn’t explain. I would try enabling CFA to a new number and
then turning it off or even completely recreating that device in CCM and that
corrected the issue. You could check dbhelper to see if the servers are in
synch.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
