misses hearing the first part of the voice mail message: "Hello, you have

12.0pt'>The instructions for the voice mail transfer say to press the TRANSFER
key quickly - but I tried a number of times and was not ever quick enough for
the customer to hear the first part of the voice mail message.</span></font></p>

that will allow us to increase the transfer delay or something? How have
