Then you can analyze the what traffic is being matched based on your policies. Take time to build well documented traffic trend reports. From there you can better determine what needs to be queued. Depending on how loaded down your router is you can also enable IP NBAR protocol discover or use some other deep packet analysis tool to see what is traversing the interfaces.
