<div>I have a very werid situation in my customer's voip environment:</div>

<div>Last nite, the network administrator report the abnormal traffic, and in voice gateway, we found out that there is a call last for "5 weeks" long and still active. But when we try to show voice port summary, there is no any channel been used !!
