</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I've configured the QRT button on a few phones-- have done some test 'pushes' of that button.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I've restarted the "Cisco Extended Functions" service on both CCMs</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">When I go into the QRT Viewer I get a popup screen that says:</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">"Document empty or invalid" "Could not do Problem Reporting" </FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">It's been a day now since I did my first QRT button push, so I'm sure there's some sort of data in there (or I assume there is)</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">All other CDR seems to work fine, so I know the system is recording data about calls from phones correctly already.</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">(I successfully enabled Malicious Caller functionality in Device Pools, and that worked fine)</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">So I don't think the problem is at the Extended Functions layer, nor is it perhaps the phones-</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">It's something about the logfile not getting created when QRT events arrive, and then there's no data for the report viewer to display</FONT></P>
