that can be associated to a single user, ~750. So if you have a situation
where you need to associate multiple phones, or route points to a single user,
beware of this. This is a Microsoft limitation not a Cisco

additional account for users. In addition you have the ability to search your
corporate directory from your IP phone with no additional xml

add any special accounts utilized by CTI applications into AD, AC, CRS etc...
Also you will have to reassociate any devices to accounts, example would be if
