<P><FONT size=2>TAC tracks all products by serial number, but CCM tracks phones
by MAC (in<BR>the form SEP<MAC> device name), and never, it seems, the
twain shall meet.<BR>Does anyone have a way of locating a phone by serial
number, other than<BR>manually maintaining a SN/MAC translation table
somewhere? Is the SN stored<BR>in the Publisher SQL database
