font-family:Arial'>Recently, I added my ID to the “System Event” and
“Unaddressed Messages” public distribution list. As I’m sure you
know, only the Example Administrator is a member of this by default. I added my
ID to know of things that are happening that could indicate a problem. After adding
my ID, I started receiving voice mails that were destined for subscribers. Funny
thing, the voice mails all sound normal as if they received the subscribers greeting,
unlike the normal type of things the Example Admin would get. I have received no
complaint that users aren’t receiving their voice mails, but recently have
started getting sporadic mention of delayed voice mails. This Unity server handles
voice mail for multiple customers, and is not really functioning in a “Unified
Messaging” capacity. The different customers all have different emails not
associated with the Unity server. Under Active Directory under the Exchange Features
tab of a user, we have the delivery options set to “Deliver messages to both
forwarding address and mailbox”, and we have their normal SMTP address setup.
With another customer, we have the delivery options setup only to forward.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

I believe they are getting their voice mails via the phone, and probably not getting
the email wave file, and the users that are set to only “forward” are
not getting their voice mails at all.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

happening to every voice mail. I think some of them are actually being delivered.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

over 5000 voice mail in there, and when I look at a mailbox of a “forward
only” account, I see the voice mails sitting there as if they were never forwarded.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
