or 5 calls all come in at the same time and the receptionist starts putting everyone
on hold she can’t get back to the calls to do what ever she may need to

might be a Bandwidth issue so I have increased the bandwidth to that region. Is

time. She doesn’t have the issue when she has multiple calls on hold if
