It turned out to be a calling search space / partition issue. You should

away. A user phone MWI does not light up when there is a message for
her. I have checked everything to resolve this issue, but it is still
there. Even deleted the extension and recreated it, but still no luck,
also, checked her profile sheet in CCM, everything is good. what else can
I check to resolve this issue. Yes, the light does work when
incoming calls are received.</FONT></DIV>
