<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I'm having trouble with something that I think I -should- know how to do..</FONT>

<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I've discovered a phone that's misprogramed insofar as what appears in the CorpDir </FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">We're using the CM Corpdir, not any external one (unified, etc)</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I've gone in and fixed all fields on the phone to reflect the correct person's name--</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I've deleted the Global Directory user account (teacher lounge)</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">and added a new one (firstname.lastname of the user in question who has that phone now)</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I've updated/reset all devices.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">It's been an hour now, and corporate directory STILL isn't showing the username---</FONT>
<BR><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">the incorrect 'teacher lounge' entry for that phone is gone now-- lookup by extension# shows nothing…</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">But the firstname/lastname lookup for that person returns only the person's name --- not their phone.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I've associated their GD account with their physical phone---</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">What checkbox am I missing that links the extension in GD with the person in GD ??</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I'm sure it's something simple…but I just cannot recall what woul make someone appear like that -- without their extension, or their extension not showing up if searched for..</FONT></P>
